Our Team Ethos
We love a challenge. Every building project is different and that is what we love about what we do. We understand our responsibility to be independent regulators and take our responsibilities seriously, ensuring that all legislative requirements are met. Our role is to ensure home owners and developers are also aware of these legislations and we work with them to ensure a smooth outcome.
We are perfectionists. We thrive on getting into the finest details of each project, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. We are regulated by the Building Professionals Board and adhere to strict accreditation criteria. We are well versed in all of the legislative requirements that govern our industry.
We are understanding. We deal with all Councils across Sydney on a daily basis. We understand the frustrations involved in the process, and we know how to get things done.
Based in Parramatta CBD, our team has worked on projects across Sydney and Greater Western Sydney. We will help to take the stress out of the Building Approval process, reducing unnecessary delays and hold-ups across all projects.
